Robbery
September 15, 2026
On September 15, 2026, at approximately 8:16 p.m., deputies responded to a robbery at the Forney Quick Mart – Chevron, located at 16339 FM 548.The suspect allegedly pushed the clerk and threatened to kill him before leaving the location.The suspect has been identified as Tamarvion Emeory, a Black male, date of birth 12/16/2008, who also goes by the nickname “Tank.” Emeory has an active robbery warrant through the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office.Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Tamarvion Emeory is asked to contact the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office.
Fail to Stop and Render Aid / Involving Death

Driver involved in a two vehicle accident on 6/13/25 on FM 429 in Terrell, TX resulting in the death of 18 yo Brendan Ivy.
Victor Eduardo Mendoza Mondragon fled the scene on foot and is currently wanted on Kaufman County warrant 25F-80180*1 for Fail to Stop/Render Aid- Collision involving death entered on 6/18/2025.
